Medifast International

Medifast International

Medifast International is a pharmaceutical drug supplier for GP’s and Dentists throughout the UK, part of the Waymade family. They came to me in need of a new website that was both user friendly for their clients needs and that delivered a quick and easy process.

Project Goals

The goal of the website was to allow their current/new clients to easily be able to register or login and purchase the products they require in a quick and efficient process. So this in mind we focused on the key elements of the website:

  • What products they offer.
  • Quick and easily registration and login (which has to require key factors of a GP/Dentist.
  • Contact Information for users that wish to take orders over the phone.
  • Simple shop interface where you can add to cart with ease and proceed to place order in a few simple steps.
  • Ability for users whom are not computer savvy to be able to download an order sheet for their bookings (if prefer not to use the website).

All the above key facts had to be thought about before we created a design.

Userflow

A userflow and wireframes were both created before the designs were put together for the website, I went back and forth with Medifast International to approve these and the colour scheme before progressing onto the designs.

Interface Design

The objective for the UI design & website was to create a clean, clear and efficient design that fitted their brand, colour scheme, ease for customers/clients and accessibility.

Here are the page layouts/userflow for the website:
